BIOGRAPHY

Kristina Pearson was introduced to Austin while on vacation and fell in love with the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Shortly after, Kristina relocated to Austin and became immersed in the Austin culture. She supports the Austin performing arts and champions local businesses and charities. While Kristina feels at home underneath the city lights of Austin, she still considers herself a small town girl at heart. Kristina grew up in a small, mid-western community and says that she is as comfortable hunting and fishing with her family as she is attending the Austin Ballet.

After high school, Kristina pursued a career in the fashion industry and attended the International Academy of Design in Tampa, FL. After completing her degree, Kristina became a wardrobe stylist and personal shopper. She quickly grew a client base. She soon realized she had an eye for interior design and partnered to open an upscale, residential interior design firm in Tampa. In addition, Kristina became a licensed real estate agent in 2005, beginning her career with Century 21 Bay West. Kristina quickly became a respected agent known for her astute attention to detail, immeasurable energy, and unparalleled commitment she extends to all of her clients. Kristina directly attributes her success in real estate and design to her small town values, work ethic and lively personality.

“As a business owner and veteran of two Fortune 500 companies, I have extremely high (some might say overly demanding or unrealistic) expectations when it comes to the business people I deal with and especially recommend. I hired Anna after interviewing other Realtors and she exceeded all of my expectations. I found Anna to be highly intelligent, thorough, ethical, and responsive. She is on top of her business. In addition, as a long-time downtown resident, I am certain that no one in Austin knows or understands the downtown market better. I highly recommend Anna without any reservations. J. Bensimon
