The Boutique Real Estate opened its doors in June 2008 with revenues over $5M in the first 6 months of business.

  • 8 Patterson Avenue Townhomes in Clarksville in 2007, avg price $420,000
  • 4 high-end new construction townhomes off S 5th St called The Grove, avg price $550,000
  • 33-unit condo conversion project, 904 West, located on 9th Street and West Avenue (sold 10% in pre-construction phase)

 
The Boutique Real Estate started out a 3 person team (2 brokers and one hard-working agent) and has grown to 7 amazing and extremely hard-working and dedicated agents, who represent Buyers and Sellers, from Kyle to Cedar Park, from Downtown Austin to North Austin to Barton Creek Estates, from East Austin to Westlake and Lake Austin homes and beyond to Lake Travis and Lake LBJ.
