Nicole James believes her success in real estate is due to the fact that she has a true talent for matching people with houses. "Each client has a story, and helping them find the perfect home or helping make the sale of their existing home a painless process is something I very much enjoy."

Nicole has called Austin home since moving from Houston in 2005 after her husband transferred for business. Spending her first three years living in Westlake she became a natural working in West & Central Austin. "I love the unique niches and the all the architectural differences our neighborhoods have to offer." Helping people find the right home is so much more than just the house-it's the schools, the parks, the whole community. And it has to be a fit. Nicole is an Open House specialist who enjoys going the extra mile to market her clients' home. Technologically savvy, James utilizes the Internet for marketing her listings, as well as updating current clients through frequent emails regarding market conditions and new listings. She creates a personalized action plan for each home and partners with Austin's best photographers, home stagers and more to showcase a home at its best. 

When Nicole isn't working, she enjoys playing golf, learning about new interior design trends and sewing. She resides in downtown Austin with her husband, dog Basel and her daughters Eleanor and Evelyn. Nicole attributes her success in both business and personal life to the philosophy of "the more you give, the more you get."
